No. You can buy a single image or video starting from €5. No credit pack required, no minimum order. Pay only for what you need, when you need it.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely by PayPal — your card details never touch our servers.

Yes. A receipt or invoice is generated automatically after every purchase. Italian VAT-registered buyers receive a compliant electronic invoice (fattura elettronica) sent to their SDI code. International companies receive a standard invoice in PDF format. Private individuals receive a payment receipt.

No. BelloStock sells digital licenses, not physical goods: once a purchase is completed and the license/file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned, and no refund can be issued — this is a digital product that, once delivered, has already been fully provided to you. This applies regardless of the reason (wrong license selected, change of mind, etc.). If you believe you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our side (e.g. duplicate charge, payment processed but no license generated), please contact us and we will review the specific case.

Immediately after payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your download link. You can also access all your purchased files at any time from your account dashboard under My Downloads.

Each download link is valid for 48 hours from the moment of first use. After that, simply log in to your account and re-generate the link from your download history — no additional charge.

All images are delivered as high-quality JPEG files. The resolution depends on the license tier you choose: Web (optimised for digital), Medium (suitable for print) or Full Resolution (original file at full camera resolution). Full Resolution is only offered for images of at least 12 megapixels. Extended and Extended Special licenses are always available on any image — for images below 12 megapixels, the file is delivered at that image's maximum available resolution.

Yes. Every file you download includes a unique license number embedded in the filename. This number identifies your purchase and serves as proof of license in case of any verification request.

Royalty-Free means you pay a one-time fee and can use the image as many times as you want, for as long as you want, without paying additional royalties. It does not mean the image is free of charge.

Yes, but you need the Extended License (€70). The Standard license does not cover physical products intended for resale. The Extended license covers t-shirts, mugs, canvas prints, calendars, notebooks, posters and similar merchandise with no limit on print runs.

Yes, but you need the Extended Special License (€250). This covers incorporation of the image into a digital product that you sell, such as a WordPress theme, a design template, an app or a commercial presentation kit. Your customers who buy your product are automatically covered.

No. Under no license tier is it permitted to resell the image as a standalone file — for example on other stock platforms, on Etsy as a digital download, or in any other form where the image itself is the product being sold.

The Editorial license (€35) is for images used in news, journalism, informational blog posts and documentary content. It cannot be used for advertising, marketing or promotional purposes. All editorial uses require a visible photographer credit in the format: © [Photographer Name] / BelloStock.

The Standard license covers up to 500,000 printed copies in aggregate — more than enough for most campaigns, flyers and national poster distributions. If you require more than 500,000 copies, you need the Extended License.

Yes. Once purchased, your license is perpetual and worldwide. You do not need to renew it or pay again for the same use.

BelloStock is currently invitation-only. We work with a curated group of professional contributors selected personally. If you are a professional creator and would like to be considered, please get in touch.

Contributors earn 40% of each sale by default. Royalty rates may vary by individual agreement. Your current rate is always visible in your contributor dashboard.

Payouts are processed via PayPal when your balance reaches the minimum threshold of €25. You can request a payout at any time from your contributor dashboard. A detailed Royalty Statement PDF is generated for each payout.

Images must be JPEG format, at least 6 megapixels, and no larger than 60 MB per file. Metadata (description and keywords) must be embedded in the file using IPTC/XMP standards before upload — the platform reads them automatically. Up to 1,000 images can be submitted per batch.

No. BelloStock accepts only original photography taken by the contributor. AI-generated images and images with substantial AI-generated elements are not permitted. Contributors confirm this in a declaration at the time of submission. Violation of this policy results in account termination.
